Bengals vs Ravens Wednesday Injury Report: Hill out; Whitworth limited

The Bengals may be without several key players for their regular-season finale vs. the Ravens in Week 17.

As expected, A.J. Green and Vontaze Burfict were not practicing Wednesday. Green was ruled out earlier in the day as he recovers from a hamstring strain. Burfict is still going through the NFL concussion protocol, which he must pass before he can return to action.

Also sitting out Wednesday was Jeremy Hill as he's still battling a knee injury. That led to him getting just seven touches vs the Texans last week, so it may be best to sit him as well this week. That would allow Rex Burkhead and Cedric Peerman to get some good run before they hit free agency this offseason.

Andrew Whitworth was limited with a biceps injury that he suffered early in the game in Houston. It led to him being examined by trainers on the sideline, but he shook it off and played the rest of the game.

Adam Jones has an ankle injury that had him limited Wednesday, though it remains to be seen if it's serious or just the team giving him a little more rest before his final game of the season.

For the Ravens, they may be without three starters this week as Zach Orr (neck), Ricky Wagner (concussion) and Jimmy Smith (ankle) all missed practice Wednesday. Smith is likely out after missing the last two games with a serious ankle sprain.

Wagner may be out too since clearing the NFL's concussion protocol in one week, not to mention there is no sense in risking him in a meaningless game for both teams.
