With the 29th pick in the 2016 Cincy Jungle Community NFL Mock Draft, Arizona Cardinals GM, CaptainAwesome3, selects...
Ryan Kelly, C Alabama
The Cardinals have very few weaknesses on their roster, but interior offensive line, specifically center is a major weakness. Lyle Sendlein, their starting center during the 2015 season, is currently a free agent and looks likely to retire. Bruce Arians has no confidence in his potential replacements, with talks of Jonathan Cooper being converted to center, before he was traded of course, to address this need. The Cardinals use their late first round pick to select the top-rated center of this class in Ryan Kelly.
Kelly would be on track to start immediately and provide a major upgrade to the position. Kelly, the winner of the 2015 Rimington Trophy for the nation's top center in college football, has not given up a sack in the last two seasons, and last year was a key piece in run-blocking for 2015 Heisman winner Derrick Henry.
The Cardinals selection of Kelly would likely bring a smile to the face of aging veteran quarterback (and d*****bag) Carson Palmer.
