The Bengals announced the signing of third-round pick Nick Vigil Tuesday. Vigil figures as an outside linebacker with the Bengals and could get the opportunity to contribute immediately with Vontaze Burfict suspended at the start of the 2016 season.

According to TMZ Sports, Los Angeles Rams safety T.J. McDonald was arrested Tuesday morning for a non-alcohol-related DUI after he crashed into a parked car. The report noted "officials believe there may be medication involved."

Indianapolis Colts running back Frank Gore said Tuesday that he's still not happy about failing to record the ninth 1,000-yard rushing season of his career. Gore, who signed with the Colts last season after spending the first 10 years of his NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers, finished with 967 yards rushing last season.

Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman is confident that the Oakland Raiders will move to Las Vegas unless the deal is mismanaged. Raiders owner Mark Davis met with the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee on April 28 and pledged $500 million toward the construction of a $1.4 billion, 65,000-seat domed stadium.
