Will Jackson talks Bengals, NFL journey and more

New, comments

"I worked so hard to get to this point, so there ain't no stopping me now," said Will Jackson of his arrival in Cincinnati.

The NFL draft is annually one of the best events in sports.

What makes it so special is seeing the culmination of various players' journeys to make it this far as their NFL dreams are made a reality. From the national powers dominating Saturdays to the small-school guys who've never graced a TV broadcast, seeing these guys getting to live out their dreams is what makes the draft such an awesome event to watch unfold.

For Houston Cougars corner William Jackson III, it's been a long and winding road before making it to Cincinnati as the 24th pick of the 2016 draft. In an interview with WLWT, Jackson talked about his journey, what he's looking forward to with the Bengals, and how he may actually convinced Cincinnati to draft him during a pre-draft visit.

Jackson also talked about the Pittsburgh Steelers possibly taking him at 25, what it felt like hearing his named called during the draft, and some unfortunate rookie hazing he may have to endure this year.

By the way, he says he goes by Will or Willow.
