Cincinnati on clock for longest non-title drought, but still has upper hand on Cleveland
Admit it Cincinnatian, before Sunday night you had long looked down your nose at Cleveland as the "Mistake by the Lake," the city where a river once burned and primarily because its major professional sports teams had gone longer without a championship than yours. Well, according to criteria used by USA Today, Cincinnati now holds the distinction of being the city with the longest drought since one of its major professional sports teams last one a title: 26 years dating back to the 1990 Reds winning the World Series.

All Bengals rookies to participate in NFL transition program
The Cincinnati Bengals are off for the summer – almost. The team’s 25 rookies, drafted and undrafted, will be back at Paul Brown Stadium this week for the league’s revamped Rookie Transition Program on June 22-24. It’s a change to the NFL-run program formerly called the "Rookie Symposium," which was open only to drafted rookies and occurred in Canton.

Bengals announce training camp schedule
The Bengals released the schedule for free training camp practices open to the public. This year's camp includes two joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings as well as one practice aimed at family entertainment held inside Paul Brown Stadium. Outside of Family Day, all practices will be held on the grass field adjacent to PBS. The grass fields will have bleacher seating for 1250 fans, plus additional standing room along the sidelines. After each practice fans are provided autograph opportunities with players.
