Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars: Tecmo Bowl Futures

You can go anywhere on the web and find what the experts think the outcome of any game will be. I have my own expert. She was born in 1991 and has had my heart ever since. Her name, Tecmo Super Bowl.

Week 3 of the preseason is the week when fans are subject to the most realistic view of football until the season actually starts. However, in Tecmo-Ville, it is always full go. Tecmo is 1-1 in accurately predicting the outcome of the Bengals’ preseason games so far this year. Let’s take a look at how the Bengals and Jaguars matchup is going to play out.

The Bengals start with the ball and Brandon Tate has a great kick return.

Jeremy Hill has no problem finding room and breaks free for the end zone.

Touchdown! The Bengals strike first and jump to an early lead.

Cincinnati’s defense is on fire as Jacksonville has no room to move the ball and Karlos Dansby records a sack to end the drive.

Jacksonville is forced to punt.

The Jaguars defense begins their attack as former Bengal Dan Skuta brings Dalton down for a loss.

The Bengals are forced to punt.

Adam Jones comes up with an interception and the Bengals once again have great field position.

At the end of the first, the Bengals lead 7 - 0.

Again, the Jacksonville defense is strong. Davon House gets to Andy Dalton for the sack.

The Bengals need to settle for a field goal.

It’s good. The Bengals have a 10 - 0 lead.

Carlos Dunlap gets in on the sack party.

Marqise Lee catches a pass from Blake Bortles for a big gain.

But the drive ends and once again Jacksonville is forced to punt.

On the punt return, Brandon Tate is lost to injury.

The Bengals decide to showcase Tyler Boyd and Dalton hits him for a big gain.

Boyd is stopped just short of the end zone, but Jeremy Hill takes the next carry to the house.

At the half the Bengals have a 17 - 0 lead.

On the first series of the second half, Bortles loses the football on a fumble and the Bengals recover for the touchdown.

Then the Bengals defense smothers Jacksonville on their next possession and Michael Johnson gets the safety.

Once again Jacksonville throws an interception and one play later A.J. Green catches a pass for a touchdown. This is tough to keep up with.

And Domata Peko records a rare sack.

Struggles from the Jacksonville offense leads to another punt.

At the end of the third the Bengals lead 33 - 0.

Something has taken over the Cincinnati Bengals as they are unstoppable. A.J. Green catches another touchdown pass...

Dre Kirkpatrick intercepts the football...

Tyler Boyd catches a touchdown pass...

Another Cincinnati interception...

And touchdown...

Jacksonville is shell shocked. Cincinnati can do no wrong. A corner blitz nets Kirkpatrick a sack and the Bengals add one more score for good measure.

Cincinnati destroys Jacksonville today with a final of 61 - 0.
