The Cincinnati Bengals are off this week, giving us chance to enjoy the rest of what the NFL has to offer in Week 6.
The biggest matchup of the week could be the first game, as the Carolina Panthers and Philadelphia Eagles clash in primetime. Both teams need this win to stay in the hunt for first place in their respective divisions, as well as gain playoff positioning for one of those first-round byes.
Expect a wild shootout on Sunday when the New Orleans Saints host the Detroit Lions. Both defenses have struggled as of late, while both offenses are capable of putting up 30-plus points.
The final game of Week 6 comes on Monday when the Andrew Luck-less Indianapolis Colts face the Tennessee Titans in Nashville. Whoever wins this game could be in first place in the AFC South, depending on what the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans do on Sunday.
The game that Bengals fans will be keeping a close eye on comes Saturday afternoon, where the Kansas City Chiefs host the Pittsburgh Steelers in a rematch of last year’s Divisional Round matchup. Pittsburgh enters Week 6 atop the AFC North, and they’re also who the Bengals face in Week 7 after the bye.
