The Cincinnati Bengals look to get their season back on track when the Indianapolis Colts come to Paul Brown Stadium in Week 8. This game has becomes one of the 2-3 most winnable games left on the Bengals’ schedule with star quarterback Andrew Luck unlikely to suit up for the Colts this Sunday.
That means Jacoby Brissett will likely get the nod in what’s essentially a playoff elimination game for the Bengals if they lose. The Bengals have their work cut out for them winning the AFC North, but scoring a Wild Card spot is still at least a possibility if they can defend their home turf and beat Indianapolis this Sunday.
After all, even the slightest glimmer of hope is often all a team needs to keep going. The Bengals are no different, and a win this Sunday could help get their season in the direction we all thought it could go.
