The Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts have released their final injury reports.
It appears the Bengals will have starting cornerback Adam Jones back in action. Jones suffered a back injury in Week 5 that kept him sidelined in Week 7 following the team’s bye week.
Jones is no longer listed on the injury report, so he should be active and starting on Sunday. It will be interesting to see how many snaps he gets and who loses playing time as a result of him returning. Darqueze Dennard and William Jackson have gotten more playing time with Jones out, and both have earned the right to keep playing a heavy amount of snaps.
As for rookie wide receiver John Ross, he too is set to return as he was not on the final injury report He’s now gotten two straight weeks of practice, so expect to see him active for the first time since Week 2 when the Colts come to town.
Speaking of, Indianapolis has ruled out Andrew Luck, John Simon and Rashaan Melvin. That means the Colts will be without their star quarterback and at least two defensive starters.
The Colts are listing several key players as questionable to play, including starting center Ryan Kelly starting safety Darius Butler.
