NFL Week 5 Primer: Cincinnati Bengals vs Buffalo Bills stats and facts

Everything you need to know for when the Bengals take on the Bills in Week 5.

NFL: Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati Bengals Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

If you told most people at the start of the season that the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals’ game in Week 4 would be a game between a 1-3 team and a 3-1 team, most people would probably say the Bengals must have had a great start to the season. However, this is why they play the games.

The Bengals had a rough 0-3 start to the season, but a dose of the Browns seems to have them back on track this season Andy Dalton looks more comfortable now that Bill Lazor has taken over the offensive coordinator gig. The Bengals defense has also dialed up the pressure the last couple of weeks.

The Bills, who everyone thought were tanking this season, are an impressive 3-1. They defeated the Broncos in Week 3 and handed the Falcons their first loss of the season last week. They have been fueled mostly by their defense shutting down opponents, but Tyrod Taylor has also played well enough to keep them in games.

This could be the Bengals’ first chance to get a win at home this season heading into their bye week before a huge game against the Steelers.

Here is everything you need to know for the Bengals’ Week 5 game against the Bills.
