NFL Week 12 2017: Thanksgiving Day Football

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Now, let’s watch some football!

One of the greatest traditions the NFL has annually is football all day being played on Thanksgiving Day. Thinking on that for a second, that means these players sacrifice the already shortened time that they get with their families, to step out on the field and entertain us fans. They may make lots of money, but time with family being cut short cannot be overlooked.

Today, as we scarf our bellies full of some of the greatest foods there are, we get to spend some time with family and friends to watch three NFL games:

First, the Lions will host the Vikings at 12:30 p.m. ET in Detroit, Michigan at Ford Field, which can be watched on FOX.

Next, the Cowboys will host the Chargers at 4:30 p.m. ET in Arlington, TX at AT&T Stadium, which can be be watched on CBS.

Then tonight, the Redskins will host the Giants at 8:30 p.m. ET in Landover, Maryland at FedEx Field and can be watched on NBC.

Here at Cincy Jungle we are very thankful for you all choosing to be a part of our community. So, with a full day ahead of us, tell us what you are thankful for, share with us your favorite Thanksgiving memories, and maybe some fun and bizarre traditions you all may have. Of course, we have all day to talk about the games as well, so without neglecting your friends and family, stick around with us. Today is a day to be thankful so let’s make this the best and most welcoming community OPEN THREAD there has ever been on all of SB Nation.

Let the discussion begin!
