The 2017 NFL season is winding down, and so too could the coaching stint of Marvin Lewis with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Lewis is reportedly set to leave the Bengals this offseason. Whether it will be ultimately his decision or a mutual parting remains to be seen, but it’s looking very likely that Lewis is not coaching the Bengals in 2018. He had said he wants to keep coaching, so perhaps he’ll be doing so next season with another team.

Now, you can actually place a bet on if Lewis will be coaching anywhere in 2018. Bovada has just released odds as to Lewis’ chances of coaching an NFL team in 2018.

The odds actually favor Lewis being a head coach next season, which has to be nerve-wracking for Bengals fans desperate for a change here. Bovada has set the odds at 1-2 that Lewis is a head coach in 2018 versus 3-2 odds he’s not.

Hopefully, Lewis will get a coaching gig elsewhere.

One name that’s been bantered about as a potential replacement for Lewis is his good buddy, Hue Jackson. The embattled Cleveland Browns head coach has been rumored to be a target for Cincinnati, though oddsmakers think it’s more likely Jackson is not a coach in 2018.

Bovada has set the odds at 7-5 that Jackson is not a head coach next season. The next-best are 2-1 odds that Jackson is still coaching the Browns in 2018.
