NFL Week 13: Bengals’ best play from loss against Steelers

The Bengals lost, again, but what a first-half performance they put on against Pittsburgh. Nothing was better, though, than Andy Dalton’s second touchdown pass to A.J. Green.

The Bengals made us believers for 29 minutes Monday night.

The defense was hitting the Steelers in the mouth, and the offense was getting first downs while being aggressive.

And it was all capped off with a great throw under pressure from Andy Dalton to the best wide receiver in the league, A.J. Green, who scored his second touchdown of the game to give his team a 17-0 lead.

Unfortunately it didn’t last. Despite having around half a minute remaining in the half, Pittsburgh easily got to the Bengals red zone and scored their first points on the following drive. That might have been a sign of what would happen in the next two quarters.

That doesn’t take anything from the a play that had everybody wondering if what they were seeing was real. Three times earlier on that drive, Cincinnati had converted on third down, including a 17-yard pass to Green on 3rd-and-16 that was pretty impressive too.

What was your favorite play from the Bengals’ Week 13 outing?
