Hall of Fame lineman Anthony Munoz to headline LSU football coaching clinic

Pro Football Hall of Fame offensive lineman Anthony Munoz will headline the annual LSU football coaching clinic, March 23-24 at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. The clinic will also feature former LSU and NFL standout Kevin Mawae, new LSU offensive coordinator Matt Canada and LSU defensive coordinator Dave Aranda, according to a release from the school Thursday.

He noted that finalizing a new deal with Brown was important since the team promised last year that these extension talks would take place this offseason, per Lolley.

The Cleveland Browns and long snapper Charley Hughlett reached an agreement Thursday on a six-year contract extension. Brett Tessler, the special teams ace's agent, announced the new deal on social media and noted it will make Hughlett the highest-paid player at the niche position in the NFL.

Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis has been charged with felony aggravated assault and robbery for his alleged involvement in an altercation that took place in Pittsburgh early Sunday morning, according to court records obtained by NFL.com. Revis, 31, was charged Thursday in Allegheny County (Pennsylvania) with four felonies -- two counts of aggravated assault, one count of robbery and one count of conspiracy: aggravated assault. He also was charged with making terroristic threats -- a misdemeanor.
