One of the best times on the sports calendar is the annual NFL Draft.

This is the time of the year when we get to see 253 players have their NFL dreams realized over the course of three days. We also get to see how all 32 NFL teams will look to shape their rosters heading into next season and beyond.

The Bengals will be one of the busiest teams in this year’s draft. Not only do they have a top-10 selection, but they also have 11 picks through all seven rounds (which ties for the most of any team). Being that the Bengals went 6-9-1- last season, the team could certainly use 11 chances to upgrade the roster, which is really what the draft boils down to.

Each pick is ultimately a chance to upgrade the 53-man roster. While some prospects offer more certainty to succeed, there’s no such thing as a guarantee when it comes to the draft, except that it’s fun to watch unfold.

ESPN will broadcast the entire draft over its three days, and the NFL Network will also have live coverage. Both networks have a lot in store for you as first round coverage from Philadelphia kicks off Thursday at 8 p.m. ET. Rounds 2–3 air Friday beginning at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 4–7 start at noon on Saturday.

Thursday night’s action includes a red carpet walk with players, family, and coaches enjoying the festivities.

ESPN Announcers: Trey Wingo will host all seven rounds for the first time. He’s joined by analysts Mel Kiper Jr., Jon Gruden and Louis Riddick in Round 1. Chris Mortensen, Adam Schefter and Suzy Kolber will also be part of ESPN’s coverage onsite in Philadelphia.

NFLN Announcers: Host Rich Eisen will be joined by analysts Mike Mayock and Daniel Jeremiah, as well as Stanford head coach David Shaw. Charles Davis, Steve Mariucci, Smith Sr. and Ian Rapoport will also be part of the coverage onsite in Philadelphia.
