NFL Draft Results: Social media reactions to Bengals’ selection of Carl Lawson in Round 4

The Bengals’ selection of Carl Lawson has been very well received by the NFL community and Cincinnati fans.

In the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals selected Auburn defensive end Carl Lawson.

Lawson is the second straight defensive end the Bengals have selected and the second straight great value pick. Lawson reportedly slid down draft boards due to some injury concerns as he tore his ACL in 2014 and had a hip injury in 2015.

Lawson is well known by many in Who Dey Nation. For starters, he was college teammates with Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah from 2013 to 2014 and also knows both Willie Anderson and Takeo Spikes, both of whom he has spent time training with.

Anderson seems VERY excited about the pick and even Tweeted last night that the Bengals should select him today.

Here are the social media reactions to Lawson’s selection by the Bengals.
