Linebacker was one of the needs the Bengals needed to address going into the draft. They got one in Jordan Evans from Oklahoma during the draft, and now they're going after Penn State Linebacker Brandon Bell in free agency according to Andrew Callahan.
Former #PennState LB Brandon Bell will sign with the Cincinnati Bengals, he tells @Lions247.

As is the case with all undrafted free agents, It will be difficult for Bell to earn a roster spot for the Bengals. However, Bell was considered a stalwart for Penn State's defense, and he was considered a team leader. Bell finished the 2016 season with 89 tackles, four sacks, three forced fumbles, and two interceptions. It'll be interesting to see if Bell can earn himself a roster spot.
