By now, just about everybody knows the futility that is the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback situation since re-entering the NFL in 1999. The Browns have gone through 26 starting quarterbacks, and counting, with the likes of Tim Couch, Spergon Wynn, Ken Dorsey, Johnny Manziel, Doug Pederson, Charlie Frye, and Brady Quinn, to name a few.
While the Browns have been mired in abject ineptitude during the past 18 seasons, the Bengals have been reasonable stable, with only about a dozen quarterbacks attempting a pass during that span, and a smaller number of them starting a game.
Including the one-off trick plays with non quarterbacks attempting a pass, the Bengals have only had 20 players attempt a pass since 1999, and during that time the Browns have endured 26 starting quarterbacks, plus more backups, and more players attempting passes.
So how many of these 20 Bengals can you name, all of whom have attempted a pass since 1999?
