When former Cincinnati Bengals greats start attending practices, one has to get the feeling the regular season is right around the corner. Cincinnati’s OTAs are in full swing and high-profile people like Cris Collinsworth have been in attendance and giving rave reviews.
OTAs and other topics were on the slate for the most recent episode of the Orange and Black Insider. We had a very special guest co-host in Cincy Jungle’s own Rebecca Toback, and we talked about the latest happenings in Cincinnati and answered some listener questions. We also broke down our predictions for the Bengals’ 2017 schedule, in terms of wins and losses, now that free agency and the draft are in the rearview mirror.
Will the 11 new draft picks push the team back into the playoffs? What about the limited additions and re-signings in free agency? After a very disappointing 2016 season and another offseason marked with significant player attrition, Rebecca and I still seemed to feel positive about a possible 2017 rebound. Are we crazy?
