Bengals open as favorites to beat Browns in NFL Week 4

The Bengals and Browns are both 0-3 but someone needs to win on Sunday. Right?

Oddsmakers aren’t giving up on the Cincinnati Bengals just yet.

Though, that may be because this week, the Bengals play the also winless Cleveland Browns.

The Bengals will hit the road for the second time this season and attempt to get their first win after starting off 0-3. The Browns are in the same 0-3 boat, but the Bengals are favored by four points in this game, with an over/under of 40, per BookMaker.Eu.

The Bengals have swept the Browns in each of the last two years and have won six of the last eight matchups. The Browns are much better this year than the dumpster fire 1-15 team they fielded last year, but they haven’t been good enough to squeak out a win this season.

One of these Ohio teams will come out with a win in Week 4. Which will it be?
