Bengals vs. Browns inactives: A.J. Green, Cordy Glenn and Dre Kirkpatrick are out

As expected, the Bengals are still without A.J. Green.

NFL: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Cincinnati Bengals David Kohl-USA TODAY Sports

The Bengals and Browns have announced their inactives for Week 12.

For Cincinnati, the following players are out today:

  • WR A.J. Green
  • CB Dre Kirkpatrick
  • LB Nick Vigil
  • WR Josh Malone
  • OL Cordy Glenn
  • DT Christian Ringo
  • DE Kasim Edebali

As expected, A.J. Green is out as he recovers from his toe injury. The hope was he’d return for this game, but alas, we’ll have to wait until Week 13 vs. the Broncos at the earliest.

Dre Kirkpatrick is also out, which was expected after he was listed as doubtful with a shoulder injury. Darqueze Dennard figures to play more on the boundary with Kirkpatrick down.

Cordy Glenn is inactive after being listed as questionable with a back injury. That’s a major loss at left tackle, as Jake Fisher will make his first start of the season. Backup Cedric Ogbuehi, who has been a healthy scratch most of this season, is active today.

The Bengals actually had a host of injured players go on injured reserve this past week, which led to there being some healthy scratches today, including newly-signed defensive lineman Christian Ringo and Kasim Edebali.

For the Browns, here is who they’ll be without today:

  • QB Drew Stanton
  • WR Da’Mari Scott
  • DB Juston Burris
  • OL Desmond Harrison
  • TE Pharaoh Brown
  • DL Chad Thomas
  • DL Carl Davis

The Browns actually came into this game quite healthy, as center J.C. Tretter and tight end David Njoku were listed as questionable, and that was it. Both of them are active today, so the Browns’ 53-man roster was fully healthy for today’s matchup.
