Just when things were going right for the Bengals, the injury bug crept its ugly head once more.
Tyler Boyd and Jordan Evans both suffered leg injuries in the first half against the Raiders and will not return to the game.
#Bengals LB Jordan Evans has been declared out due to the ankle injury and WR Tyler Boyd has a right knee injury and been declared OUT.. #OAKvsCIN

Boyd eclipsed 1,000 yards receiving on the season in the first quarter and scored the game’s first touchdown. Evans went down in the first quarter and was originally questionable to return.
The Bengals’ offense has been non-existent for the last few drives, and they’ll have to rely on the rest of their depth at receiver without Boyd. Hopefully, this is not a significant injury, as Boyd has been one of the biggest bright spots for the 2018 Bengals.
Vincent Rey had originally been playing for Evans on defense, but the veteran suffered a knee injury of his own before halftime. We’ll see if he returns to the field as well.
