Bengals at Steelers injury report: Tyler Boyd and Antonio Brown remain out

Both teams could be missing their top receiver on Sunday.

It looks like a foregone conclusion that the Bengals won’t have Tyler Boyd, Dre Kirkpatrick or Vontaze Burfict when they take on the Steelers.

All three players were again sidelined on Thursday, a good sign that they’ll be inactive in Pittsburgh. Joining them on the sideline Thursday were Joran Evans and Tony McRae, who also look highly unlikely to play in the regular-season finale. That will likely be five of Cincinnati’s seven inactives on Sunday.

The good news is Darqueze Dennard and Shawn Williams both continued to practice fully as they battle their own injuries.

For the Steelers, running back James Conner fully practiced again today. He now looks like he’ll be able to return from the high ankle sprain he suffered in Week 13 that has forced him to sit out the team’s last three games.

However, All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown sat again on Thursday because of a knee issue. Not having him would be a major loss for the Steelers, who are favored by more than two touchdowns in this game.

Elsewhere, linebacker Vince Williams and safety Sean Davis both missed practice again after suffering injuries during the Steelers’ loss to the Saints.
