We take a look back at the Bengals’ position groups and how they performed in 2017.

The 2017 season is in the books for the Cincinnati Bengals.

With the offseason in full swing, we’re taking a look back at all of the positions and how they performed during the 2017 season. It’s safe to say that just about every position on the roster has some blend of great talent mixed with questionable starters, which is a big reason why the team went 7-9 this past season, which followed a 6-9-1 campaign in 2016.

There’s plenty of talent throughout the roster, but not enough to account for the shortcomings that several positions have suffered through. Let’s hope that changes in a big way by the time to the 2018 regular season begins and it leads to a postseason berth.
