Reactions to Bengals signing former Bills LB and Cincinnati-native Preston Brown

The Bengals continue to surprise us by making moves in free agency.

The latest decision from the team is signing Cincinnati native and former Bills linebacker Preston Brown to a one-year deal.

Brown tweeted his excitement with the following GIF as he’s anxious to get home to Cincinnati and hit the field with his new teammates. He also reportedly turned down better offers to take a hometown discount with the Bengals.

There’s always the outliers, but most Bengals fans were excited about Brown’s addition to the team. This gives the Bengals the NFL’s 2017 tackle leader and a durable player at the linebacker position where the Bengals struggled greatly last season and had to rely on a number of unreliable players during the course of the season.

Brown hasn’t missed a game in his four year NFL career and has started 62/64 games since entering the league.
