The Bengals have shown great interest in Flowers, but not as a quarterback. At his pro day, the team talked to him and expressed their interest in him as an offensive weapon, whether that is a running back or receiver. Both running backs coach Kyle Caskey and wide receivers coach Robert Bicknell were at USF’s pro day scouting Flowers.
