Veteran Cornerback Adam 'Pacman' Jones Linked to Raiders
Since the Raiders hired Jon Gruden as head coach, the team hasn’t been shy about bringing in veteran (some would even say aging) talent. Among the acquisitions: wide receiver Jordy Nelson, linebacker Derrick Johnson and running back Doug Martin.
College Sports: Former Longhorns LB Malik Jefferson says he ignored advice from NFL draft committee before turning pro
In three seasons with the Longhorns, linebacker Malik Jefferson tallied 233 tackles and 12 sacks, serving as the linchpin of Texas' defense throughout his three years on the 40 Acres. And in his final season with the burnt orange, Jefferson shined, earning Big 12 Conference Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors.
Bengals most overpaid/underpaid players in 2018
The Cincinnati Bengals are unique in the way that they are getting very valuable production from players playing on contracts that are well below market value. Which is the keyword, value. Everything in the NFL revolves around value, and when a team can pay less than what a player is worth, it’s a great value, and if the player is not meeting his contract numbers, the value goes down.
5 UFAs with best chance to make Cincinnati Bengals roster
Last year there were two rookie UFAs who made the initial 53-man roster in tight end Cethan Carter and linebacker Hardy Nickerson. Additionally, there were four other players who entered the league as UFAs on the 53 in offensive linemen Trey Hopkins and Alex Redmond, wide receiver Alex Erickson and linebacker Vincent Rey. And that list doesn’t include linebacker Vontaze Burfict, a 2013 UFA who was suspended for the start of the 2017 season, and will be again for the first four games in 2018.

But with Sean Davis and Morgan Burnett, it is hard to see him getting a ton of playing time in the regular defense. That’s why I’ll go with the Steelers second round pick, James Washington.
Browns: Dorsey's top 10 meets Sashi's top 10

2018 NFL GM Offseason Report Cards
The 1983 NFL season is known as the Year of the Quarterback because of an influx of impressive signal-callers headlined by John Elway, Jim Kelly and Dan Marino. The 2018 campaign has a chance to overtake 1983 as the Mt. Rushmore of quarterback change due to skyrocketing contracts, five first-round signal-callers and two playoff squads that traded away their starters.
Texans Owner Bob McNair Gave VP Mike Pence Tickets to Super Bowl 52
Vice President Mike Pence made waves during the 2017 NFL season for leaving a game early because players demonstrated their opposition to racial injustice and police brutality during the national anthem. He received the tickets to that game, as well as tickets to Super Bowl 52, as a gift.
