The Cincinnati Bengals are back in primetime as they face the Dallas Cowboys on the NFL Network.
The second preseason games is when we usually see starters getting around a full quarter of work. We probably won’t see Andy Dalton and A.J Green for long, but expect much of the offensive line to play for the first half as they look to figure out several position battles while getting rookies like Billy Price as many snaps as possible.
Based on who is slated to sit out, we should see guys like rookie receiver Auden Tate get more run on offense, possibly even the first time after his promising training camp.
On defense, we should get to see a lot more of rookie cornerbacks Darius Phillips and Devonte Boyd, two fifth-round picks that are still fighting tooth and nail just to crack the 53-man roster.
Now, let the first-half discussion begin! And Who Dey!
