Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson has been ruled out from the Bengals vs. Ravens Week 2 Thursday Night Football game with a left knee injury.
The injury occurred in the first quarter with about six minutes remaining.
The Bengals have Carlos Dunlap, Carl Lawson, Jordan Willis and Sam Hubbard active in the game at defensive end. Hubbard has been playing and playing well so Johnson’s absence shouldn’t have a big impact. The rookie had his first sack of his NFL career on Thursday night.
Running back Joe Mixon briefly left the game with a knee injury, but he’s already back. Ravens linebacker C.J. Mosley was also carted off the field and his return is doubtful. Mosley has a bone bruise.
Bengals starting center Billy Price also was injured in the game after going down with an ankle injury. His return is questionable.
At halftime, the Bengals lead 28-14.
