The Ravens haven’t attacked the Bengals’ defense through the air too much today, but when they have been, Cincinnati has been picked apart. Now, they might be down a player.
Dre Kirkpatrick was carted off of the field after getting his leg rolled up on after a big gain from tight end Mark Andrews.

Kirkpatrick was already downfield when Andrews was coming full steam ahead right at him. Eventually, Andrews and Kirkpatrick got to the sideline and Andrews rolled right into Kirkpatrick after getting tackled. Kirkpatrick has been declared questionable to return.
INJURY UPDATE: CB Dre Kirkpatrick is QUESTIONABLE to return with a left knee injury.

The Bengals’ defense was operating mostly out of their 4-3 personnel to start this game, and while playing behind, the Ravens aren’t likely to pass much more if their lead grows. With Kirkpatrick out, B.W. Webb has taken his spot at cornerback, with Tony McRae replacing Webb in the slot.
Kirkpatrick played his best game of the season last week and needed a repeat performance today to help slow down Baltimore’s offense. Hopefully his injury isn’t too serious.
