The oddsmakers are not fans of the Bengals across the pond.

The Bengals come face-to-face with their offensive DNA this Sunday in London.
Zac Taylor’s Bengals come face-to-face with their offensive DNA this Sunday in London when they play Sean McVay’s Rams. Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan made it clear Monday that they remain committed to the same guiding principles over the long haul.

News conference transcript: Zac Taylor met with the media on a variety of topics heading into Week 8 at Los Angeles.
“Back at it. The guys in the building are excited to get after the Rams. It’s an interesting week as we need to prepare to go to London. Our guys are focused and ready to get after this and chase our first win.

Bengals Waive Zettel
Zettel, a fourth-year player, had been signed as a free agent on Oct. 17. He played in yesterday’s game vs. Jacksonville, but had no statistics.

Bengals have no reason to start Andy Dalton over Ryan Finley in London
A week ago, we took a deep dive on this topic. To summarize, we argued the season is lost and if the front office and Taylor still fancy Dalton as a franchise quarterback for the future, there’s little reason to trot him out there in meaningless games and risk injury. At the same time, it could be beneficial to see what rookies Ryan Finley and Jake Dolegala can do.

Leonard Fournette: Bengals ‘didn’t want to tackle’
And while Cincinnati looked miserable on the opening drive, the defense did stuff the Jaguars on fourth down at the goal line. But the unit ended up succumbing to fatigue atop the known issues after getting left stranded on the field for 38-plus minutes.

Bengals release defensive end to make room for Cordy Glenn
Via Geoff Hobson of the team’s official website, Bengals coach Zac Taylor told reporters that the team was releasing defensive end Anthony Zettel. Glenn fills the roster spot since he was suspended last week for conduct detrimental to the team.

The Bengals defense played better, but couldn't stop Minshew Mania and the Jaguars running game.
Without his two top edge rushers, his two starting cornerbacks and playing three slot cornerbacks, defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo emptied out the Staten Island playbook in the 27-17 loss to Jacksonville. There were six-man lines, flashes of a wide-9 alignment, more games up front and blitzes from the back and when the dust cleared the Bengals made Jags quarterback Gardner Minshew look like a rookie sixth-rounder. They gave him just three field goals heading into the fourth quarter and 19 points for the game.

Rams-Bengals odds: LA opens as big favorites in Week 8
After going to Atlanta and beating the Falcons 37-10, the Los Angeles Rams will hit the road for the second leg of their eastbound road trip. In Week 8, they’ll host the Bengals for a game in London, which is the Rams’ first trip across the pond since 2017.

Broncos, Falcons could be active before trade deadline
Conversely, the Falcons have been hesitant in the past to part with Mohamed Sanu, Rapoport reported. Teams pursued a deal for the veteran wideout during the draft. Perhaps Atlanta will be more open in the coming days given its 1-6 record.

Pete Carroll defends Seahawks' 4th-and-3 FG attempt
In the aftermath of their 30-16 defeat to the Baltimore Ravens, their second home loss in four tries this season, the Seattle Seahawks were left to wonder where things went wrong against Lamar Jackson and Co. One day later, there's one moment that stands out.

Raiders trade CB Gareon Conley to Houston Texans
A former first-round pick in 2017, Conley started all six games for the Raiders this season, despite leaving the season opener on a stretcher with a neck injury. The 24-year-old has two passes defended and one INT on the season. Conley has been part of a Raiders secondary that has struggled this season, including getting scorched by Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Patrick Mahomes 'progressing nicely' in knee rehab
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported last week that Mahomes is expected to miss at least three games. It's possible the QB could return in Week 11 against the Chargers, or the Chiefs could play the cautious route with a Week 12 bye on the slate.

Panthers to start Kyle Allen again as Newton rehabs
"Cam's going to continue his rehab," Rivera said. "... We're not putting any pressure on Cam. He's done a great job doing the things that we've asked of him. He's gone above and beyond as far as working with our quarterbacks and helping them along the way."
