We’ve reached the midway point of the season, which means the NFL trade deadline is upon us. Each team has until Tuesday, October 29th at 4pm EST to finalize any and all trades with one another.
Thus far, we’ve seen several player-for-pick(s) and player-for-player transactions in the weeks leading up to the 29th. In regards to the Bengals, there’s been more speculation than anything concrete, but there’s still for them to make a move if they’re willing.
The main conversation in Cincinnati has revolved around A.J. Green, who has yet to play this season and is in the middle of a contract year. With the recent trades involving Mohamed Sanu and Emmanuel Sanders, the receiver market looks pretty strong for the sellers right now. But will that be enough for the Bengals to trade the franchise cornerstone piece they’ve numerously claimed will not be traded?
