As each week passes, the excuses are running out for Zac Taylor and the Cincinnati Bengals. A winless regular season start as the calendar approaches mid-November is not how anyone envisioned the start of a supposed new era of football.
Andy Dalton was a scapegoat a couple of weeks ago, paving the way for Ryan Finley to get his first start against the Ravens. Now, after that 49-13 embarrassment this last Sunday, linebacker Preston Brown was shown the door.
On this week’s episode of The Orange and Black Insider, we talk about the Week 10 loss and what the Brown move means for the team. We also review the exciting LSU-Alabama game from Saturday and give our impressions of both Joe Burrow and Tua Tagovailoa, as it pertains to the Bengals and their potential usage of a top pick on them.
And, speaking of the NFL Draft, we also discuss a potential Bengals draft strategy that isn’t being addressed. Join us on The Orange and Black Insider YouTube channel and on Cincy Jungle’s Facebook page.
