The Cincinnati Bengals reported eight players that did not participate in the team’s practice Wednesday.
Three of the players that were reported out were just resting so there’s nothing to worry about for Geno Atkins, Darqueze Dennard or Tyler Eifert, all of which have been pivotal for the Bengals.
Jordan Evans was limited, and Brandon Wilson was a full participant.

There’s no real surprises here.
Rookie tight end Drew Sample will likely be out, as will Green and guard Alex Redmond, who tore his bicep in warmups against the Steelers. As for linebacker Nick Vigil, his status is up in the air after being spotted in a walking boot earlier this week by Tyler Dragon of the Enquirer.
Plenty of injuries to monitor, including Nick Vigil's ankle. He was in a walking boot earlier this week.

Obviously, the most notable name on the list, Green, has been and will continue to be sidelined with an ankle injured he sustained prior to the season’s commencement. Green’s outlook on the season is still unknown, but many do expect him back at some point.
Cincinnati will be taking on the Jets this week in one of the more winnable games for the currently winless Bengals. That said, here’s an update on how the opponent is doing with injuries.
#Jets' first injury report of the week:

DNP: Edoga, Mosley, Worrilow.
LP: HAnderson, Beachum, Copeland, Farley, Lewis, McLendon, Roberts, DThomas.
Darnold on there, too, with a knee along with left thumb - but was full participant.
Backup David Fales also FP with right elbow.
C.J. Mosley is the big name on the list.
After harassing the Bengals for five years in Baltimore, Mosley signed with New York. He saw snaps in Week 1 and 7 yet has missed the team’s other nine games. His five-year, $85 million contract this past offseason was one of the larger in the league’s history for a linebacker.
The other notable name on the Jets’ injury report is Demaryius Thomas. Having played in over 70% of the offensive snaps in six games, Thomas has been utilized, but the 4-7 Jets just haven’t been great through the air.
