Darius Phillips (knee) has been activated from injured reserve to play against the Jets. A key piece on defense and special teams, the Bengals added Alex Redmond (elbow) to IR in a corresponding move.
On offense, A.J. Green (ankle) is still out this week, along with tight ends Drew Sample (ankle) and Cethan Carter (concussion). This means the Bengals will be down to five wideouts and two tight ends this week.
Nick Vigil (ankle) is questionable, though Zac Taylor is optimistic that he will play on Sunday. If Vigil is out, then Jordan Evans (hamstring) will be active and ready to replace him.
Geno Atkins had a second straight rest day on Thursday, but will still be active on Sunday.

Jets injury report
It’s a rare sight to see a team with a longer injury report than the Bengals, but the Jets are pretty banged up.
Linebackers C.J. Mosley (groin) and Paul Worrilow (quad) are out, as well as OL Chuma Edoga (knee).
Players who have been limited all week have been listed as questionable, including Henry Anderson (shoulder), Kelvin Beachum (ankles), Matthias Farley (quad), Alex Lewis (elbow), Steve McLendon (neck), Darryl Roberts (calf), and Demaryius Thomas (hamstring).
Brandon Copeland (hip/thumb) was upgraded from limited to full on Thursday, and remained a full participant on Friday, so he will be active on Sunday.
