Bengals fans gaining confidence ahead of clash with Jets

The Bengals are getting set to face the Jets, and they’ll do so with fans slowly gaining more confidence in the franchise.

In this week’s FanPulse results, fan confidence took another small bump for the second-straight week and the fourth time in the team’s last five games. A big part of that is how well the Bengals’ defense has played over the last two weeks, allowing just 17 points at Oakland and 16 at home vs. Pittsburgh.

Unfortunately, the offense was unable to do enough to win either of those games, but the Bengals are going back to Andy Dalton at quarterback. Regardless of what you think of him, there’s no question Dalton gives this team a better chance to win, and that has fans feeling slightly more confidence going into Sunday’s clash for the Jets.
