The only thing standing between the Patriots and their first three-game losing streak in nearly 20 years is the 1-12 Bengals. Both teams have released their inactive lists for today’s game.
Here’s who the Bengals will be without:
- QB Jake Dolegala
- WR A.J. Green
- WR Damion Willis
- OL John Jerry
- OL Isaiah Prince
- DL Freedom Akinmoladun
- CB Torry McTyer
The Bengals declared Green (ankle) out on Friday as well as Renell Wren (hip), who was later placed on the Reserve/Injured list. Due to the loss of Wren, Akinmoladun was called up from the practice squad and is unsurprisingly inactive for his first game on the active roster.
Anthony Zettel will be dressed in Wren’s roster spot, but expect to see Andrew Brown most of Wren’s snaps for the remainder of the season.
Darqueze Dennard (illness) was the only game-time decision the Bengals had to make and he’ll be playing after missing Friday’s practice.
Here are the Patriots’ inactives:
- QB Cody Kessler
- RB Damien Harris
- TE Ryan Izzo
- OL Korey Cunningham
- OL Jermaine Eluemunor
- DL Byron Cowart
- CB Jason McCourty
Cowart (concussion) was declared out on Friday and McCourty (groin) was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice all week.
Julian Edelman (knee/shoulder), Ted Karras (knee), Mohamed Sanu (ankle), and Danny Shelton (shoulder) will all be active after also being listed as questionable.
