The roller coaster of a season that has been the 2019 campaign of the Cincinnati Bengals is drawing to a close. With it come more questions than answers.

Mike Brown’s team is set to have the No. 1 overall pick next year, which could re-shape the entire course of the franchise. Unfortunately, this management group has not earned the reputation to be trusted in righting the ship.

Even so, a rebuild in the form of what occurred in 2003 could be on the horizon. The team needs to tread lightly to do so, but franchise-changing players could be had. On this week’s Orange and Black Insider, we talked about the possibilities—from multiple different vantage points.

On this week’s episode:

  • What is the game plan with the No. 1 overall pick?
  • In what scenario does trading back from the top spot make sense?
  • Can Andrew Thomas pair with Jonah Williams to anchor the Bengals’ offensive lien for the next decade?
  • Who are the designees for the Bengals’ All-Decade team for defense and special teams?
