That’s two incidents involving Walton since the offseason began.

This weekend, Bengals running back Mark Walton was arrested and faces a battery charge after police said he got into an argument with a couple in Miami.

Now, there’s a new report from the Miami Herald on how Walton was arrested and charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession on Jan. 16 in North Miami-Dade, which had gone previously unreported.

According to his arrest report, Walton was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt while driving a red Jaguar SUV. Police smelled marijuana and and found a bag of the drug on the floorboard.

This alone is a bad look for Walton, but it’s even worse now that he’s also been charged with battery in a separate incident.

According to the police report, Walton’s recent arrest came after his car was blocking the entrance to the parking garage for his condo building, and an argument ensued when a couple in another car asked Walton to move his vehicle.

Police said Walton became angry when a woman in the other car began filming with her cellphone camera and grabbed the phone from her.

We will update this story if any more details come out...
