UPDATE
Jeremy Rauch of FOX 19 adds that the introductory press conference will likely be Tuesday:
I'm told Zac Taylor will "likely" be introduced with a press conference on Tuesday as the #Bengals next head coach.

Finalizing the deal on Monday per @TomPelissero.
One way or another, the Rams’ season will end on Sunday.
They hope it’s with a Lombardi Trophy in hand, but no matter the result, Zac Taylor will quickly be named head coach of the Bengals.
According to ESPN reporter Adam Schefter, the plan is for the Bengals to announce Taylor as the team’s next head coach on Monday:
Dolphins will fly Patriots’ LB coach Brian Flores to Miami on Monday to finalize his deal and introduce him as the next Dolphins’ head coach, as @ArmandoSalguero reported.

Rams’ QB coach Zac Taylor expected to be Cincinnati bound as well to be introduced as Bengals’ HC.
There’s really no suspense in this coaching search, as the Bengals have been zeroed in on Taylor for several weeks now. They even have the majority of his staff in place for next season, though any outside hire won’t be announced until Taylor is named head coach.
I would venture to guess we’ll see the entire 2019 Bengals coaching staff in place this week, which will allow them to shift all of their focus on free agency, the Scouting Combine and the 2019 NFL Draft.
In the meantime, Taylor and the Rams will look to defeat the Patriots in Super Bowl 53 and hoist the Lombardi Trophy.
