Bobby Hart didn’t win the popular vote, but he decisively carried three major precincts in Bengaldom manned by head coach Zac Taylor, offensive coordinator Brian Callahan and offensive line coach Jim Turner.

Specifically, offensive line coach Jim Turner liked what he saw from Hart. His comments at the Combine in Indianapolis told the story. He used the word “phenomenal” and inevitably called him “solid” despite giving up 10 sacks and 39 pressures last year.
