The Cincinnati Bengals have signed another one of their 2019 NFL Draft picks.

On Thursday, the team announced that fourth-round pick Ryan Finley had been signed to his first NFL contract.

Finley, who measures in at 6-4 and 213 pounds, began his college career with the Boise State Broncos (2013-15), before graduating and transferring to the N.C. State Wolfpack for his final three seasons (2016-18).

Finley left N.C. State with the top career completion percentage (.645) in school history. In just three seasons, he racked up 18 career 300-yard passing games and 10,505 passing yards. both of which rank second in school history and third in ACC history.

Finley will now look to unseat Jeff Driskel to become the backup quarterback behind Andy Dalton this upcoming season. As of now, Finley is the only quarterback of the three that’s under contract after the 2020 season.

Of the Bengals’ 10 draft picks, only third-round linebacker Germaine Pratt, also of N.C. State, remains unsigned.
