Mixon, who is battling an ankle injury suffered in Week 1, was unable to practice Thursday after all missing Wednesday’s session. He did manage to work on the rehab field both days, but unless he practices Friday, it’s hard to see him playing Sunday.
The same is true of Cordy Glenn, who is still recovering from a concussion suffered in the preseason. However, he too has worked on the rehab field this week, a sign that he is close to a return.
A.J. Green took a big step in his recovery from ankle surgery by doing work on the rehab field today.
