The Bengals and Steelers have announced their inactives for Monday Night Football, and there are little-to-no surprises for both teams.
Here are the players the Bengals will be without tonight:
- QB Jake Dolegala
- RB Trayveon Williams
- WR A.J. Green
- OL Cordy Glenn
- DL Carl Lawson
- DL Kerry Wynn
- DL Ryan Glasgow
Green (ankle) and Glenn (concussion) remain out, but the big storyline is on the defensive line. For two weeks straight, the unit will go with just seven healthy bodies. Lawson (hamstring) was active last week but did not play. Wynn (concussion) and Glasgow (thigh) were not active last week. This means we will continue to see a healthy dose of Andrew Brown and rookie Renell Wren on the edge.
Left guard Michael Jordan is active this week after missing last week with a knee injury. He’s slated to start over Billy Price.
Dolegala is once again a healthy scratch for the fourth time this season. Williams returns to the inactives list after being active for the first time this season last week.
Here are the Steelers’ inactives:
- FB Roosevelt Nix
- TE Vance McDonald
- OL Chukwuma Okorafor
- OL Fred Johnson
- DL Isaiah Buggs
- LB Anthony Chickillo
- LB Vince Williams
Nix, McDonald, Chickillo and Williams were all declared out on Saturday after none of them got in a single practice this week. Okorafor, Johnson and Buggs are all healthy scratches.
Linebacker Jayrone Elliott was listed as questionable with a hamstring injury, but got in a full practice on Saturday, so he’ll be suiting up.
