Joe Burrow leads LSU to national championship

Burrow completes arguably the greatest season a college QB has ever had.

Joe Burrow has officially done it all at the college level.

Burrow just led the LSU Tigers to a 42-25 win over the Clemson Tigers in the national championship game, one month after winning the 2019 Heisman Trophy.

After getting off to a slow start, Burrow caught fire with four first-half touchdowns, three of which were through the air. He would throw for two more in the second half to become the first FBS quarterback to ever throw for 60 touchdowns in a single season. He finished the game game 31/49 passing for 463 yards and five touchdowns.

Burrow was even a surprising force on the ground with 58 yards and one score on 14 carries (remember, sacks count as rushes, and he was sacked several times in this game).

Now, all eyes turn to the 2020 NFL Draft, where Burrow will almost certainly be the No. 1 overall pick. The Bengals hold the pick, and they desperately need a new franchise signal-caller, but the pre-draft process still has to commence before we can buy an official Joe Burrow Bengals jersey.

For now, we dream the good dream.
