With the surprising announcement that Kuechly was retiring from the NFL the Bengals should jump on the opportunity to bring him in to fill their LB coaching vacancy. As a Cincinnati native he might love the idea of coming home, and if anyone watched his retirement video you can tell he clearly still wants to be a part of the game.
Every one who has played with him talks about how great he is both on and off the field so I can't think of a better guy who could come in and help our LB room. I'm sure this isn't very likely to happen, but I think it would be a perfect match and a great hire by ZT - what do you all think?
