Most of the Cincinnati Bengals’ inactive players against the Tennessee Titans will be injured players.

Three starting offensive linemen: Jonah Williams (stinger), Trey Hopkins (concussion), and Bobby Hart (knee) have all been declared out for Sunday’s game. None of them practiced this week and Hart was already declared out earlier in the week.

In their places, Hakeem Adeniji, Billy Price, and Fred Johnson will start at left tackle, center, and right tackle, respectively. This will be Adeniji’s first start of his career. Price hasn’t started at center since Week 17 of the 2018 season, but he started at right guard in Week 16 of the 2019 season and has played 114 snaps at right guard and center this year. Johnson started two games at right guard earlier this season and will make his first career start at right tackle on Sunday.

The Bengals traded for C B.J. Finney and signed G Quinton Spain to their practice squad this week, but Finney can’t play this week due to COVID-19 restrictions and it’s unlikely that Spain will start over Alex Redmond after joining the team on Friday. Spain will likely be elevated from the practice squad along with G Shaq Calhoun to give the Bengals’ eight offensive linemen to work with.

Joe Mixon (foot) will miss his second-straight game; giving Giovani Bernard his second-straight start at running back. This will also keep Trayveon Williams among the active 48 players.

Darius Phillips (knee) is listed as questionable and was limited on Friday after not practicing Wednesday or Thursday. He truly seems to be a game-time decision, but at least William Jackson will return to action after missing last week with a concussion.

John Ross III (“illness”) isn’t playing, not after he called out the team on Friday.

The Titans will be without two defensive backs in Dane Cruikshank (groin) and Kristian Fulton (knee). Cruikshank was limited on Thursday but did not practice on Friday, while Fulton did not practice the entire week.

Aside from CB Tye Smith (Shoulder) and OL Daniel Munyer (Hand), whom are both questionable, the rest of the Titans are set to play. DE Jadeveon Clowney (knee) returned to practice on Friday as did CB Johnathan Joseph (illness). WR A.J. Brown (knee) missed Thursday’s practice but returned on Friday as well.
