The Cincinnati Bengals have signed safety Trayvon Henderson and wide receiver Stanley Morgan from the practice squad to the 53-man roster, the team announced Saturday. Cincinnati’s roster now stands at 53 players for tomorrow’s game vs. Dallas.
Henderson (6-0, 205), a second-year player out of the University of Hawaii, originally was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in 2018. He has played in two games this season, both as a standard elevation from the practice squad to the active roster (no statistics).
Morgan (6-0, 205), a second-year player out of the University of Nebraska, originally was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in 2019. He has played in two games this season — both as a standard elevation from the practice squad to the active roster. He has two tackles on special teams.
In addition, the Bengals have also elevated defensive tackle Kahlil McKenzie from the practice squad to the active roster for tomorrow’s game vs. the Dallas Cowboys. He is classified as a COVID-19 replacement and will revert back to the practice squad on Monday. McKenzie has played in five games this season with three tackles.
