Merry Christmas from all of us at Cincy Jungle! While you’re hopefully celebrating it with friends and family, the Bengals and Texans held their final practice Friday before they face off Sunday in Houston.
For the Bengals, they’ll be without the services of wide receiver Tyler Boyd (concussion), linebacker Logan Wilson (ankle), guard B.J. Finney (abdomen) and linebacker Jordan Evans (hamstring), all of whom were ruled out Friday.
The good news is quarterback Brandon Allen (knee) is not on the final injury report, so he’ll be active Sunday. It’s still unclear if Allen or Ryan Finley will start, but my money is on Allen being the main guy Sunday.
For the Texans, they’ll have most of their roster healthy enough to go Sunday. Running back Duke Johnson (neck) is out, and cornerback Phillip Gaines (knee) is questionable, but everyone is good to go for Houston.
