The Bengals were looking strong out of the gate, but an injury seems to have derailed their game in Houston.
William Jackson III and Jessie Bates III ran into each other while going for an errant Deshaun Watson pass down the field. Bates came up alright, but Jackson stayed down and was taken into the locker room.
Friendly fire between Jessie Bates III and William Jackson III, both going for the Watson pass, leaves WJ3 down after the play, too.

I think both were sure they were getting the pick on that one.

Jackson has only missed one game this season when he didn’t play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 7 due to a concussion.
It’s unclear if Jackson will be able to come back into this game. Only a few plays after Jackson went out, the Texans tied the game up at 10 with a touchdown pass from Watson.
Jackson is finishing out his first contract year and is set to enter free agency when the 2021 league year begins in March. We’ll have more on this when new information is released...
